While designing the data structure and values, make sure the attributes have future-proof names, otherwise you risk losing the context of the data. Digital platforms usually evolve fast and so the data sourcing systems must be adjusted accordingly.
If the attributes aren’t assigned in a clear way, sooner or later the context will be lost and you will have to spend a lot of time on data cleansing during processing or analysis. Be consistent with the naming convention and avoid words with ambiguous meanings.
