We believe in a sustainable digital world where everyone can realize their full potential
Let's make tech for good. Together.
We strive to make a difference
Business as a force for good
The global economy should be inclusive, equitable, and regenerative for all people and the planet. We are a Certified B Corporation™, and believe that businesses must take accountability for their impact. We want to make sure we bring tangible change in five key areas.
Our commitment
01
Include stakeholders. We include and formally guarantee stakeholders in our decision-making process.02
Put people at the center. We contribute to our employees’ financial, physical, professional, and social well-being.03
Build a sense of belonging. We foster an inclusive workplace culture and social participation, and advocate those externally.04
Ensure positive impact. We reduce our footprint and offset the unavoidable emissions with quality carbon credits.05
Be the change. We only work with responsible businesses and always aim for sustainable software.
- The best things we can share are our skills and expertise. We work to bridge the digital divide and each year dedicate teams to support nonprofits with tech solutions that increase their impact.

Our people
We learn, with each new project and every encounter. There's a lot to share.
We never settle – dedicated growth budgets and development plans help us raise our game.
We practice transparency. No questions left unanswered. No job offers without a salary range. No vague feedback.
We're remote-first and work flexible hours. Striking that perfect balance between work and personal life can be challenging, yet we try.
Community giving
Contributing to the economic and social well-being of the communities in which we operate
- Financial contributions. We arrange matched funding when local communities need financial support.
- In-kind donations. We donate hardware and furniture to local nonprofits in need.
- Pro bono work. We share our tech skills with nonprofits to increase their impact.
- Meaningful projects meet societies' expectations. While answering those, we must ensure that what we create is sustainable. To do that, we need the support of committed, mission-driven organizations, such as Sinergia Animal, Tech To The Rescue, and Gerere, with which I've had the pleasure to collaborate.

A Tool to Support the Elderly During the Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the lives of many people, but the elderly living close to or under the poverty line were hit especially hard. This is why Posiłek dla Seniora was created.
Netguru supported the initiative by designing and building its online platform which consisted of a landing page, a web app, a mobile app, and third-party integrations.
We used React for the fundraising app, which allowed people to donate meals to the elderly. They could choose to do so through a daily subscription or a one-time payment. We also used React Native for the mobile app, which made it available on both Android and iOS phones. Finally, the platform’s backend used Node.js.
Accelerate change with us
We cannot leave the most challenging global problems to individuals, governments, and NGOs. It’s important that more and more for-profit organizations chip in.
